Chatham’s Internal Finance team provides detailed reporting to the firm’s various sectors and practice areas to enable them to make informed decisions for the business.  The team strives for excellence in all we do, while creating an environment where individuals are respected and encouraged to share ideas. The primary focus of this position is to partner with Chatham’s accounting consultants in numerous capacities including preparing and reviewing client analyses, managing the processes related to generating and reviewing period-end accounting deliverables for clients, and assisting with the testing of proprietary hedge accounting technology. A successful operational specialist will have the ability to drive efficiency, automation and influence future technology enhancements. The position will be based in either our Denver Office or Kennett Square Office and the person in this role will work with consultants across both office locations

As an Investment Consultant specializing in institutional real estate clients, your primary responsibility will be to manage the delivery of solutions to meet the needs of our clients. You will be responsible for providing expert and tangible solutions in areas such as valuation, debt management and consulting services with a focus on enabling clients to more confidently assess risk, manage investments and report financials.

The Client Success Manager is the first point of contact for our commercial real estate clients utilizing the ChathamDirect platform. You will take the lead in answering their questions and solving functional issues and ultimately ensuring success within the platform. For technical or advisory related issues, you will coordinate with the appropriate Chatham employees to deliver timely resolutions. Front-end support and client satisfaction are the primary focus, while process improvement and internal communication are strong secondary focuses. Opportunities exist to expand the responsibilities of this role, particularly in client success.

We are seeking a Derivatives Valuations Product Manager for CVA, who can collaborate with our Technology, Quant and Accounting teams, along with other stakeholders, to help build solutions and tools that help us accurately value, review and support CVA (Credit Valuation Adjustment) for Interest Rate, FX and Commodity derivatives. Providing accurate and timely derivative valuations at scale is foundational to our business. Derivative valuations at Chatham are supported by our proprietary software valuations platform, which is developed by our Technology teams in Kennett Square, Denver, and Krakow, Poland. Solutions include both internal CVA models and tooling to support operational teams.

We seek to enhance our Financial Services team in Kennett Square with a role specializing in derivative process management for interest rate, foreign currency, and equity transactions for our growing base of financial services clients. The role is a key part of our solutions team and is charged with the daily processing of new and amended derivative contracts, affirming payments, and initiating collateral transfers in proprietary and third-party systems.
